Scott Hamilton

Scott is an author, researcher and policy advisor. He is a highly experienced senior executive with 30 years’ experience in climate change, energy, water, waste and natural resource management. In his role as Executive Director Renewable Energy for the Victorian Government, he led the development and delivery of renewable energy policy and programs across Victoria. He also had senior roles in Water policy, Climate Change strategy, and worked as senior advisor to the Deputy Premier and Minister for Environment, Climate Change and Water.

Scott is a current member of the Australia-German Energy Transition Hub - Strategic Advisory Panel and works as a consultant to governments, businesses and community organisations, including the NSW Government.
