Jessica Strefler received her PhD from the Technical University Berlin. Her current research at PIK is focused on the influence of different carbon dioxide removal technologies on global climate change mitigation strategies. She is a developer of the hybrid energy-economy model REMIND where she is responsible for non-CO₂ emissions, air pollutants, and carbon dioxide removal technologies.
